September 2023 marked a special occasion for Bognor Regis. We opened our doors at The Landing Place, creating a space where people can enjoy a memorable dining experience through great food and sea views. This post explores what we’re currently offering and what makes The Landing Place stand out as a place to celebrate your next special occasion or coffee pitstop.

The views

We’re situated directly overlooking the sea, a matter of yards away from Bognor Regis pier. Each table offers a new perspective of Bognor Regis seafront. There are no other restaurants with a similar view, so make yourself comfortable and soak up the experience.

Our menus

We currently run the following menus; Light Bite, A La Carte, Sunday Roast, Afternoon Tea, Dessert and Drinks.

Our menus are seasonal, using an abundance of local ingredients (more on that later).

Bognor Regis can be a fantastic area to live in, but there has been a longstanding gap when it comes to a seated dining experience with sea views. We’re proud that people can now bring their nearest and dearest to our little corner of the World and create lasting memories.

We welcome children & babies of all ages. We’re huge dog lovers, too. The Landing Place is a place for the whole family.

While we pride ourselves on creating memorable dining experiences, we warmly welcome those who fancy a coffee during their seafront stroll. So whether you’re craving a flat white - or a glass of white - you can pull up a chair and make yourself comfortable.

Supporting local

As we look to establish ourselves as a pillar of the local community, we love to champion local produce. From local seafood to tasty desserts from Pinks Parlour down the road, it’s always been our desire to slot into the local ecosystem.

A close-knit team

The Landing Place team is passionate about making every visit special. Our head chef has experience working at establishments, from The Ritz to more local establishments. Our ethos is simple: where sea views meet good food.

Looking ahead

While we know how to enjoy the present, we’ve always got one eye on what’s next. Since opening, we’ve built a new bar downstairs, as well as introducing various menu updates including seasonal changes, afternoon tea and Sunday roasts.

As part of the community, it’s key for us to listen to people’s experiences with us and to take any suggestions and feedback onboard to ensure we’re always working towards the perfect dining experience.
